- Managing low value Sourcing Projects, resulting in cost savings
- Understanding Supplier Contracts, important Terms and Conditions
- Understanding SLA and PO Compliance+
- Hands on in ERPs systems like SAP, Ariba & Oracle also in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Working collaboratively with internal and externa teams, provide daily dashboard and reports
- Timely escalations to all internal and external stakeholders in case of a policy and procedure not followed
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in End-to-End Procurement operations managing Indirect Materials (in BPS industry)
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- German, Italian or Spanish as a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Encouragement of objective-oriented collaboration in one team or with multiple teams
- Customer centricity
- Good analytical skills
- Result orientation
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
