• Join NATEK Poland for the position of Senior Procurement Specialist and become part of a large, global IT program in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Leading end-to-end contracting processes, ensuring smooth workflows and timely renewals
• Advising on contract types, templates, and best practices based on business needs and risk analysis
• Collaborating with procurement and in-market teams to meet category goals and savings targets
• Managing negotiations, contract creation, and administration, including approvals and storage
• Building strong global stakeholder relationships within a matrix structure
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and promote effective use of procurement tools
• Actively seeking opportunities for cross-team collaboration

• More than 5 years of experience working in a procurement department.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Good experience in negotiating contract terms and business agreements.
• Strong legal knowledge, or a mix of legal and procurement experience.
• Experience with working on contracts and/or procurement and contract-related tasks.
• Experience in industries like telecom, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work well with different business teams.
• English minimum B2 level, with professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
