What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement Operations
• well-organized, proactive, able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• highly collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and make
  decisions
• experience with financial systems including: SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow
• excellent English skills, both written and verbal (min. C1); additional languages are a plus

Your tasks

• assist in creating and managing purchase requisitions across all business units,ensuring accuracy, compliance with contract requirements, preferred suppliers, andsourcing strategies
• proactively support the requisition queues and escalate process blockers whennecessary
• ensure transactional accuracy, documentation completeness, and audit readiness in line
  with internal controls
• support testing and validation of system enhancements and new functionalities in SAP,Ariba, and ServiceNow, as applicable
• collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, share metrics,and align on improvements
• respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• prepare analysis and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
