As Module Owner for Sourcing & Contract Lifecycle Management (S2C) within our Ivalua platform, you will ensure the seamless operation of sourcing events and lifecycle processes. You will drive automation, transparency, and compliance across the entire S2C process – from RFx creation to e‑signature – and help our procurement teams unlock speed, consistency, and value through data‑driven sourcing.
Tasks
- Act as functional owner of Ivalua S2C module (sourcing, negotiations, contract authoring, lifecycle tracking)
- Drive continuous improvement
- Manage roadmap with S2P Business Owner and oversee integration with CLM, SRM, P2O
- Ensure audit readiness, data integrity, and regulatory alignment (e.g., ESG, LkSG)
- Guiding support teams for sourcing‑event execution by providing functional expertise and troubleshooting during strategic tenders
- Partner with Digital Procurement Operations (Support, Content, Technical Ops) to ensure stable system performance and efficient end‑user support
- Act as 3rd level functional support for sourcing and contract‑related incidents, and ensure root causes resolution in alignment with Digital Procurement Operations and/or 3rd parties
- Collaborate with Legal and Category Management on Contract Clause Library
- Lead fit‑gap analyses, translate requirements into designs and backlog stories
- Govern sourcing and contract templates, workflows, and clauses
- Manage testing, regression validation, and UAT for S2C releases
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law or similar
- 5+ years in Procurement/Sourcing, incl. 2+ years in Digital Procurement or Application Management
- Hands‑on experience with Ivalua (Sourcing & CLM) or similar S2P suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, CLM, approval governance
- Familiarity with eAuctions, supplier scoring, tender evaluation logic
- ERP integration experience (SAP ECC/S4HANA) and contract‑to‑purchase connectivity
- Skilled in defining templates, clause libraries, scoring models, approval hierarchies
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Excellent analytical/problem‑solving skills, structured mindset
- Strong communication; ability to translate business needs into functional/technical design
- Experience in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management
