What we expect

• Experience in a similar position min. 2 years
• English language skills of min. B2
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Independence, very good work organisation and communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP tools, BigData analysis would be an advantage

Your tasks

• Gather, cleanse, and analyze procurment data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain regular reporting dashboards and KPIs to track procurement performance againts targets
• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies by providing data-driven insights and market intelligence
• Conduct spend analysis to identify areas of potential cost savings and efficiency gains
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and tools for procurement processes, such as RFPs, contracts and supplier evaluations
• Support the implementation of innovative procurement technologies and solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies
