• We are looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Manager with Product Owner competencies. You will be responsible for leading the comprehensive development and implementation of our Dynamic Pricing Engine project. This key system will integrate advanced algorithms, data analysis, and machine learning models to provide optimal real-time pricing recommendations for trips, packages, and travel services.

• Project management – full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation, through planning and implementation, to monitoring, control, and closure.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) role – acting as the main liaison between technical and business teams; translating complex dynamic pricing methods (e.g., yield management, demand forecasting, competitive analysis) into clear requirements and user stories.
• Stakeholder management – ensuring consistency of expectations and effective communication with management, product management, engineering teams, data science, sales, and customer success.
• Risk management – identifying potential risks, dependencies, and blockages, and preparing appropriate contingency plans.
• Cooperation with suppliers – supervising external partners or suppliers of data relevant to the functioning of the system, if necessary.
• Team leadership – supporting and coordinating the work of the team within the Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensuring high quality cooperation.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management. Experience in the travel technology sector (e.g., Tour Operator/DMC, OTA, GDS, PMS/CRS) is welcome.
• Documented experience in leading projects related to pricing, revenue management, profitability, or availability/inventory optimization systems.
• Expert knowledge of dynamic pricing – both in terms of theoretical concepts and their modeling and implementation in practice.
• Knowledge of data sources and models necessary for effective dynamic pricing.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and project scope changes.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
