We’re looking for an experienced Power BI Developer who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and creating visually stunning, intuitive dashboards. In this role, you will shape reporting standards, optimize data models, and guide best practices for analytics across the organization.

Lead the development of Power BI reports and dashboards from concept to delivery.
Design and maintain efficient data models supporting business intelligence and reporting needs.
Optimize data loading processes and ensure model performance meets best practice standards.
Support the team in adopting BI best practices, data literacy, and effective reporting workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Troubleshoot performance issues and implement improvements in DAX and SQL.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard development.
Strong sense of UI/UX design, capable of creating clear and engaging user experiences.
Expertise in advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
In-depth knowledge of data modeling, custom measures, and DAX optimization.
Proven experience in data model and load optimization for large datasets.
