Project Description

Our client, founded in the Netherlands over 180 years ago, is a globally recognized provider of information services and expert solutions for the health, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, finance, and legal sectors. The project focuses on delivering advanced analytics and reporting capabilities across enterprise environments, supporting data-driven decision-making at scale.

• 5+ years of commercial experience working with Power BI, including building and optimizing dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations.
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and integration with Power BI for seamless data sourcing.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Forms and connecting responses to Power BI for real-time insights.
• Solid experience working with Jira in reporting or project environments.
• Familiarity with Azure data sources (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake) and secure dataflow management.
• Competency in integrating Power BI with AWS data sources such as Amazon RDS or Redshift via direct connections or APIs.
• Strong data modeling competencies, including DAX for calculated measures, KPIs, and complex business logic.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes using Power Query and Power BI transformation tools.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, and delivering aligned reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices in Azure and AWS environments.
• Experience designing and managing workflows in Power Automate to support automated processes, alerts, and report distribution.
