The Project Management Competency Center provides PMO services focused on ensuring the quality of processes and data, as well as compliance with project management methodologies.

responsibilities :
Monitor project execution within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and utilization tracking
Verify financial KPIs for projects in the portfolio
Track project progress, including milestone monitoring
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies
Provide support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders
Review and analyze project risks to ensure profitability and secure project delivery
Present audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders
Develop recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies
Support project/service planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation
Make a significant contribution to knowledge management processes related to key aspects of the project lifecycle, encompassing both sales and delivery phases
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO role
A higher education degree in economics, administration, IT, or finance
Proven experience in the financial sector
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of reporting and control techniques in project execution
Basic understanding of project management or quality assurance systems
Excellent organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and assertiveness
Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and engagement
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Fluency in both Polish and English
Residing in Poland required
