As a Senior PMO Analyst – Financial Services Portfolio Management, you will be working for our client, a large international financial services organization delivering complex change and transformation initiatives across multiple portfolios. You will support enterprise-wide programmes by transforming complex project data into clear executive insights, enabling better decision-making and enhanced transparency. responsibilities :
Producing portfolio and programme performance reports using advanced Excel capabilities
Building and maintaining dashboards to support governance and decision-making
Supporting project creation and maintenance within project management tools
Analyzing project data to identify risks, issues, and delivery trends
Presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
Applying project management frameworks across portfolios and programmes
Improving PMO processes and simplifying ways of working
Collaborating with programme managers and transformation leads
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in project or portfolio management or a related field
Advanced data analysis skills using Excel including pivot tables and Power Query
Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Clarity PPM or MS Project
Fluent English communication skills at a business level
Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration
