The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.
responsibilities :
manage ADM support and enhancement services for all Engineering applications;
partner with Customer IT management to deliver continuous value and showcase Capgemini’s capabilities;
lead support services and collaborate with Capgemini global application support teams across Engineering & Non-Engineering application portfolio;
lead application performance, productivity/continuous improvement initiatives;
manage user interaction, escalations, problem resolution and root cause analysis.
requirements-expected :
6+ years’ experience working in Teamcenter PLM support/admin;
functional expertise in PLM applications with deep understanding of the workflows and integration;
working knowledge/experience in Teamcenter Development;
working knowledge/experience in Polarion;
experience in troubleshooting PLM and Engineering applications;
working knowledge/experience in CAD applications- NX, Autocad, CATIA, Solidworks.
