Platform Engineers are tasked with creating, developing, and maintaining the core infrastructure that underpins a range of software applications and services. They collaborate closely with various teams, such as software developers, data engineers, IT operations, and network engineers, to ensure the platform is stable, scalable, and delivers high performance. Their responsibilities include configuring and managing servers, databases, and networks while utilizing advanced technologies and following industry best practices. Additionally, they handle system monitoring, resolve technical issues, and contribute to capacity planning, security assessments, and disaster recovery planning to ensure system reliability. Keeping up with industry trends and innovations is vital for driving continuous improvement. Excelling in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and effective teamwork.

Maintain and troubleshoot platform components
Automate platform configuration
Design and implement new functionality
Performance and reliability tuning
Support other teams using the solution
Planning, estimating, and monitoring infrastructure costs
Defining and implementing security measures according to best practices
requirements-expected :
Proficiency in a programming language like Python
At least several years of system administration in Linux environments
Experience with distributed storage and processing of Big Data
Hands-on experience with Hadoop
Proficient in working with Ansible
Good understanding of DevOps principles
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS with GPU support)
