The Senior Platform Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable platform infrastructure that supports the company’s diverse range of digital services. This position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust backend systems, optimise platform performance, and ensure high availability. The role requires owning end-to-end platform solutions, from architecture through to deployment and monitoring, with a strong emphasis on automation and cloud-native technologies. The Senior Platform Engineer will contribute to shaping the technical roadmap, driving best practices in software engineering, and mentoring junior engineers to elevate the overall platform capabilities.

Proven experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
Strong expertise with containerisation technologies and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficient in programming languages: Python
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
