As part of our team, you will help clients to improve the performance of their supply chain. Working with EY GDS -SC&O proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to improve reliability, flexibility and responsiveness of their supply chain triggering total cost reduction. Typical role representation includes operating models development, redesigning planning processes, optimizing working capital, performing assessment based on various transactional data. On top of that, a lot of projects require planning software capabilities to customize, configure and test specific system functionalities and solutions to satisfy client requirements.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various industries.
- Lead projects related to Blue Yonder/JDA software including global solution design, system implementation, testing and configuration in line with client requirements.
- Work with the extended teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation.
- Design planning solutions, create operating models, lead workshops & fit gap assessments (as is vs to be).
- Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.
- Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations.
- Provide solutions to unstructured problems.
- Continuous upskilling to acquire planning capabilities for planning software OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder.

- Experience in planning systems and processes.
- Capability to work on a big set of data with an analytical thinking mindset to drive proper action plans.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Specialization in a specific sector (CPG/FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, etc.) will be an added advantage.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Higher Degree from Tier-1 with minimum 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM, PP, MD, APO modules) and/or JDA and/or Kinaxis and/or OMP and/or Aera.
- Proven supply/distribution/production planning and scheduling skills.
- Understanding of demand planning, S&OP, inventory management and process reengineering.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Llamasoft, SQL will be an added asset.
- Fluent in English (C1 level), knowledge of other languages will be an additional asset.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role.
- Experience in running Agile & Waterfall Projects in a collaborative style.
