As part of our team, you will help clients improve the performance of their supply chain. Working with EY GDS -SC&O proprietary frameworks, you will help clients enhance reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness of their supply chain, leading to total cost reduction.

Your key responsibilities

1. Leading projects related to Blue Yonder/JDA software, including global solution design, system implementation, testing, and configuration in line with client requirements.
2. Collaborating with extended teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformations.
3. Designing planning solutions, creating operating models, leading workshops, and conducting fit-gap assessments (as-is vs. to-be).
4. Translating business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.
5. Reviewing and validating data, building optimization models, analytical reports, and presentations.
6. Providing solutions to unstructured problems.
7. Continuously upskilling to acquire planning capabilities for software such as OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with planning systems and processes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and apply analytical thinking to drive action plans.
• Ability to work independently and proactively; specialization in sectors like CPG/FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, etc., is an advantage.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM, PP, MD, APO modules), and/or JDA, and/or Kinaxis, and/or OMP, and/or Aera.
• Proven skills in supply/distribution/production planning and scheduling.
• Understanding of demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and process reengineering.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Llamasoft, SQL is a plus.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management.
• Experience managing Agile & Waterfall projects collaboratively.
