Job Title: Senior Planning & Controls Manager – Offshore Substation

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning & Controls Manager to lead project scheduling, reporting, and controls for a major offshore substation project. The role involves managing the integrated project schedule across engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning phases, and ensuring timely delivery through effective risk and progress management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule; define milestones and baselines.
• Deliver monthly reporting and project updates, including progress and risk tracking.
• Lead schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to mitigate potential delays.
• Support risk and opportunity management, integrating schedule and cost impacts.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore substation projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and controls for large-scale EPC projects.
• Experience in schedule risk analysis, progress measurement, and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have right to work within the EU.
