Senior Planner – Supply Planning

Join our Global Supply Chain Hub in Warsaw as a Senior End‑to‑End Planner for Operations Planning. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence.

Principle Accountabilities

• Own the production process: Lead the development of cutting‑edge production plans, transforming market demand into actionable, precise schedules that power our factories.
• Shape global strategy: Ensure seamless coordination across internal factories, making sure every demand aligns with production timelines and material availability.
• Be the bridge between operations and excellence: Manage short‑term and mid‑term planning horizons, optimizing stock levels and supercharging customer service.
• Solve problems before they arise: Identify potential supply‑chain bottlenecks and execute game‑changing solutions that keep the wheels of production turning smoothly.
• Drive results: Master the art of balancing capacity, material availability, and supply risks to guarantee maximum efficiency and minimum disruption.

Skills and Experience Required

• Extensive supply/operations‑chain experience within FMCG sectors of an international company, with a focus on operations planning and/or line scheduling.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent analytical abilities for conducting complex analyses and scenario building. Deep understanding of business dynamics and customer‑service orientation.
• Strong communication skills for representing the global E2E planning team in discussions with regional, global, and external partners.
• Experience and thorough understanding of planning system solutions (e.g., SAP APO, Microsoft Axapta, Vanguard, SAS); proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SQL, Excel, Access, and Power Tables is advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
