Minimum Requirements:

Senior First Officers – Direct Entry Command

• Valid EASA ATPL (A)
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• Minimum 3,000 hours total time
• Minimum 1,000 hours on A320 Family
• Command experience preferred
• English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• Strong leadership and decision-making capability
