The eCommerce Competency Center offers efficient B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, providing services including audits and consulting, development and implementation, as well as support and maintenance of existing systems.
Now, we are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join a project focusing on the development of a marketplace dedicated to the HoReCa sector.
responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a large-scale eCommerce marketplace platform
Build and extend microservices primarily based on PHP and Symfony
Develop and maintain service communication mechanisms, including building APIs for synchronous interactions and implementing asynchronous event-driven communication using tools such as Kafka and Pub/Sub
Work with various data storage and query engines such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB
Contribute to improving system performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps
Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions
Work in an agile environment and actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer in commercial projects
Strong knowledge of PHP and the Symfony framework
Good understanding of microservices architecture and backend system design
Practical experience working with MySQL databases
Experience with REST APIs and service-to-service communication
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka
Understanding of monitoring and observability practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Good communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment
Residing in Poland required
