We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated backend software engineer with hands on experience with the Laravel framework, strong background in unit testing and experience with automated testing frameworks . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend application development, with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create outstanding user experiences. The developer should have the required skillset and will be working on an internal-only tool.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Senior PHP developer with a deep understanding of the PHP ecosystem, libraries, tools, and best practices.
• Extensive experience with the Laravel framework and Eloquent ORM
• Strong background in unit testing and test-driven development and experience with automated testing frameworks (PHPUnit) and CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline)
• High proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, AWS RDS) and key-value databases (Redis, AWS ElastiCache)
• Experience with Vue JS, Inertia JS and Tailwind CSS
• Proven track record in enterprise-level platform development
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• Experience with API design, development, and integration technologies
• Proficient in VCS (git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MSSQL
• Strong understanding of Laravels queue system and AWS SQS queues
• Experience with Widen API
