Your responsibilities

• Lead the development of core Magento 2 applications and custom enterprise extensions
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable Magento modules and integrations
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver complete, high-quality solutions
• Review code, mentor teammates, and promote best engineering practices
• Optimise performance, ensure stability, and maintain clean architecture
• Stay up-to-date with Magento and PHP trends, introducing improvements and innovations along the way

Our requirements

• Has 7+ years of professional experience in software development, including 3+ years working directly with Magento 2
• Understands Magento 2 architecture, module development, dependency injection, API integrations, and performance optimization
• Is comfortable working with Symfony, Composer, Elasticsearch, Redis and modern PHP tools
• Ideally has experience with GraphQL, other e-commerce platforms, or full-stack development
• Has worked on enterprise-level projects and enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams
• Brings a proactive mindset, makes sound technical decisions, and communicates clearly
• Enjoys mentoring others and contributing ideas in an innovation-driven environment
