• Enhance performance using caching tools like Redis, Memcached, or Kafka
• Ensure high code quality, collaborating on technical discussions and best practices
• Manage code with GitHub, handling merges, rebases, and advanced Git workflows

• 5+ years in software development with strong PHP and Laravel
• Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on experience with caching tools (Redis, Memcached, Kafka)
• Strong commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Proficient in GitHub and advanced Git techniques
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Warsaw (40% remote)
• Excellent English language skills
