We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who wants to shape the future with a fantastic team in the US and Poland.
The ideal candidate has:
Proven track record (5+ years) in performance marketing, with strong expertise in B2B SaaS paid campaigns across global markets (US/Canada preferred).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (including ABM campaigns), and YouTube Ads , with deep understanding of automated bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversion Value).
Solid grasp of audience management and campaign orchestration in HubSpot , including segmentation, buying intent usage, and integration with ad platforms.
Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM , and marketing attribution frameworks; ability to build actionable dashboards (Looker, HubSpot, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to partner with creative teams to co-create ad copy, visuals, promo banners, and videos tailored for engagement and conversion.
Analytical mindset with proven ability to extract insights from performance data and turn them into impactful optimization strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to present findings, recommendations, and campaign outcomes to both peers and leadership.
Proactivity, ownership, and creative problem-solving — able to balance efficiency with storytelling.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Clay tool or similar workflow automation tools.
Familiarity with CRO techniques (chat tools, session recordings, A/B testing).
Exposure to marketing attribution tools and campaigns on Reddit or Meta Ads.
