Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to launch paid social campaigns targeted at the Health and Fitness audience on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and others.
Key Responsibilities
>Full‑cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimisation and scaling.- Experiment with creatives, A/B testing, performance analysis and optimisation.
- Campaign performance monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
- Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in user acquisition.
In Your First Three Months
- Be proficient in all metrics, processes and reports.
- Independently manage projects, achieve target ROI, scale and reduce volumes when necessary.
- Lead an additional area of responsibility, suggest ideas and improvements, analyse competitors and make data‑driven decisions.
The Ideal Profile
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in User Acquisition.
- Practical experience managing large budgets on Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Proficiency in English – B2 or higher.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset; proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace; knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and pivot quickly.
