Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
- Develop test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
- Monitor system metrics using Dynatrace, DataDog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize application performance.
- Define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
- Automate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage EY.AI and EYQ virtual assistant to augment capabilities with AI‑powered solutions.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling.
- Knowledge of monitoring & APM tools: Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, DataDog, Grafana.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Knowledge of scripting & programming: Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell.
- Knowledge of protocols & technologies: HTTP/S, WebSocket, Kafka, REST, SOAP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Strong analytical skills: root cause analysis, profiling, and tuning.
- Communication: ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
