Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
  • Develop test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
  • Monitor system metrics using tools such as Dynatrace, DataDog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize application performance.
  • Define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
  • Automate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leverage EY.AI capabilities to augment analytical work; receive AI-assisted training and utilize EYQ virtual assistant and exclusive tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling.
  • Experience with monitoring & APM: Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, DataDog, Grafana.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Proficiency in scripting & programming: Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Understanding of protocols & technologies: HTTP/S, WebSocket, Kafka, REST, SOAP.
  • Experience integrating CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
  • Strong analytical skills: root cause analysis, profiling, tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
