Build and improve core HR processes: adaptation, feedback loops, check-ins, goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, and L&D initiatives that elevate skills across the team.
Help create and maintain a healthy team culture — promote transparency, trust, open communication, and effective collaboration; initiate team-building and development events.
Analyze and act — use data, surveys, and feedback to track team health, engagement, and improvements over time.
Lead and run meaningful rituals (e.g., 1-on-1s, performance reviews, pulse checks, feedback sessions, retrospectives).
Lead or support internal projects — from policy updates and scaling plans to process revamps and team-wide experiments.

Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in People Partner / HRBP roles, with at least 2+ years supporting cross-functional tech/product teams.
Deep understanding of core HR processes and hands-on experience designing them — onboarding, performance, feedback, engagement, L&D, offboarding — and the ability to build them from scratch or improve them.
Hands-on experience working with team leads and senior managers as a strategic partner: giving feedback, resolving conflicts, driving growth conversations.
Strong background in handling complex people cases — burnout, retention risks, difficult feedback, underperformance, team restructuring.
Comfort working with data and analytics — surveys, dashboards, insights — and turning numbers into meaningful actions.
Experience leading or mentoring people — you-re not afraid to take responsibility for others- growth.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills: from 1-on-1s to all-hands, from tough conversations to smooth onboarding talks.
Strategic mindset: able to zoom out, see the system, and push for improvements across the company.
Solid understanding of modern HR tech and tools (ATS, HRIS, surveys, automation — you know what works and what doesn-t).
Comfortable working in high-pace, high-autonomy environments with minimal hand-holding.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Experience with the People Force HR System.
Skilled at asking insightful questions for effective interviewing and coaching, to gather essential information and foster personal growth.
Experience implementing and testing processes in a rapidly changing environment and company growth.
An interest in games like CS and Dota 2 is a plus.
