Responsibilities
- Support and coach managers on people issues, decision‑making and team growth.
- Own the full employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
- Build and improve core HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, feedback loops, goal setting, promotions and L&D initiatives.
- Lead and run meaningful rituals such as 1‑on‑1s, pulse checks, retrospectives and performance discussions.
- Implement, track and act on data, surveys and analytics to sustain team health and engagement.
- Drive internal projects – policy updates, scaling plans, process revamps and team experiments.
- Collaborate closely with HRD and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor and support People Partner teammates, fostering growth within the PP team.
- Contribute to the employer brand by creating genuine, human work experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in People Partner / HRBP roles, with at least 2+ years in cross‑functional tech/product teams.
- Deep understanding of core HR processes and hands‑on experience designing and improving them.
- Strong background in handling complex people cases – burnout, retention risk, underperformance, team restructuring.
- Comfort with data & analytics – surveys, dashboards, insights – and translating numbers into actions.
- Experience leading or mentoring people; willingness to take responsibility for others’ growth.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills – 1‑on‑1s, all‑hands, tough conversations, onboarding talks.
- Strategic mindset with ability to see the system and advocate for company‑wide improvements.
- Solid understanding of modern HR tech & tools (ATS, HRIS, surveys, automation).
- Comfortable working in high‑pace, high‑autonomy environments with minimal hand‑holding.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Experience with the People Force HR System and testing processes in rapidly changing environments.
