We are looking for an experienced manager to join our team as a team lead and a technical mentor and help us develop our flagship cloud-based solution.
We work on an Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution that protects enterprise customers from targeted attacks. The solution is developed using various technologies (C++, C#, Go, React) and utilizes different types of storage solutions (MySQL, MS SQL, Big Data), while being operated in both Azure and AWS.
The team is based mostly in Kraków (Poland) and partially in Brno (Czechia), and cooperates regularly with our HQ in Bratislava (Slovakia).
responsibilities :
Lead a team of team leaders, providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support.
Collaborate on technical company goals and participate on prioritizations, estimations, and PI plannings (SAFe).
Participate on changes to achieve better faster and more efficient results, conduct performance evaluations and drive people skills and motivation, following non-technical goals set by our management.
Provide feedback and co-work with your supervisor on strategic plans and changes, co-define goals, improvements and optimizations.
Cross-company and cross-teams daily work on a technical level and support of a project and a product management.
requirements-expected :
Previous experience leading managers/team leaders with strong technical background.
Excellent soft skills, high emotional intelligence, servant skills and leadership qualities.
Full understanding of a software development lifecycle (preferably SAFe).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Fluency in typical enterprise-level software development domains (server-client, multi-platform, multi-threaded, high availability, secure code, CI/CD, certifications…).
Change management skills, problem solving organizational skills.
Ability to find a way and execute despite obstacles.
Very good command of English.
