We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Payroll Specialist!
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of HR and payroll processes within local and international structures.
- Calculating salaries and preparing ZUS, PIT and other required reports and declarations.
- Maintaining and updating employee personnel records.
- Managing contracts, annexes, certificates and reporting for international entities.
- Cooperating with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office, PFRON, GUS).
- Preparing HR and payroll analyses and reports.
- Providing support in interpreting labour law, social security and tax regulations.
- Ongoing cooperation with internal company departments and providing advice on HR and payroll matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of labour law, social security and tax regulations.
- Experience in independently handling the full HR and payroll process.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll systems (Enova or Comarch preferred) and the Płatnik program.
- Very good command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Ability to plan and organise one’s own work effectively and excellent time‑management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent Polish and very good English—allowing for smooth communication and work with HR and payroll documentation.
