Tasks & Responsibilities

  • End-to-end transactional processing, operationalization, and professional support in the area of Payroll & Time Management, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance regulations. This includes close collaboration with the Payroll provider to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Regular maintenance of payroll data and centralized tasks to ensure accurate payouts will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You will also be accountable to answer inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with simple to very complex topics by phone and e‑mail using our case management system.
  • You may work on projects in a target‑driven environment where service quality is measured and continuously improved.
  • As the owner of at least one complex competence center, you will collaborate closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders and provide updates or training to the team.

About a future BI employee

You should be fluent in English (min. C1) and have min. 4 years of experience in payroll activities within the UK market, preferably in a Hire‑to‑Retire Shared Services environment, with a willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.
  • Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak‑Up culture and participate in process optimization.
  • Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution‑oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3‑pilar‑model).
  • Preferably working experience in Process Transition & Transformation.
  • Preferably working experience with a Payroll provider.
  • Preferably working experience with SAP, ADP Systems, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors.
