(Senior) Payroll Analyst with German

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst focused on German payroll to support payroll processes across 34 countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

What Will You Be Doing at Arrow?

• Managing payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking and processing payroll input data
• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports
• Ensuring the accuracy of payroll data
• Providing external vendor with input and instructions
• Providing payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner
• Preparing reports for HR and Finance
• Resolving employee queries or coordinating solution with payroll vendor
• Possibility of participating in interesting payroll related projects

What Are We Looking For?

• Speak German on B1/B2 and English on B2/C1 level
• Previous experience in payroll
• Pay attention to details
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines
• Prioritize, manage time and work effectively
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience in HR or administrative area will be an advantage
