MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Senior Payroll Analyst with German

In this role, you will be responsible for executing payroll processes for our German-speaking (internal) clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

We will count on you to:
- Process and reconcile payroll data accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to Swiss or German payroll regulations and company policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements for payroll, benefits, and social security contributions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to gather and validate employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payroll outputs, resolving any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with relevant changes in labor and payroll legislation to ensure compliance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
What you need to have:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment
- Good understanding of Swiss or German payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements
- Proficiency in using any payroll software (for example P&I Loga, Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting and any experience with cross-system configuration/administration
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
