ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and expand the partner ecosystem: drive acquisition of new partners across international markets and industries, co-develop joint product offerings, and oversee the growth of a marketplace of partner-driven solutions.
  • Strategic alignment: identify business and technology synergies with potential partners and translate them into scalable initiatives.
  • High-level negotiations: lead discussions to define collaboration frameworks, sales objectives, and contractual agreements.
  • Relationship leadership: cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner enablement: oversee onboarding processes for clients through partners, continuously evaluating and optimizing these workflows.
  • Market intelligence: monitor trends in low-code platforms, digital transformation, and AI-driven process automation; initiate projects that enhance WEBCONs footprint in new sectors and geographies.
  • Performance management: analyze partner activities and sales results, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Governance: ensure accuracy and compliance in contracts, reports, and partnership documentation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and maximize impact.

WYMAGANIA:

Requirements
  • Proven track record: minimum 5 years of experience in partner development, B2B sales, or equivalent senior roles.
  • Business acumen: ability to assess partner potential, including business models, product portfolios, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analytical and presentation skills: adept at preparing reports, analyses, and proposals for new initiatives.
  • Relationship builder: strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams across sales, marketing, pre-sales, and delivery.
  • Long-term focus: demonstrated ability to establish and sustain strategic business relationships.
  • Fluent English: excellent communication skills in an international environment.


Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of IT integrator markets and/or familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code, BPMS, ERP solutions, and AI trends in business process orchestration.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, proactivity, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
