Senior Paid Social Specialist – Assembly Poland Division

Responsibilities

You will develop skills in planning and buying across main social platforms and evolve into specialist roles. Day‑to‑day duties include:

• Working with clients and key stakeholders on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
• Supporting daily reporting, budget management and creating bespoke client reports
• Analyzing campaign performance against KPIs and reporting insights and trends to stakeholders
• Recommending optimisation opportunities and implementing them as needed
• Communicating updates to internal teams and ensuring media teams have current campaign status
• Troubleshooting issues with media partners
• Assisting with ad‑hoc reporting and administrative tasks

Training & Career Growth

You will receive hands‑on support, mentoring and access to Assembly Academy resources to accelerate learning in your first 6 months. Career pathways include progression to Manager, Director or roles in Data, Consultancy or international teams.
