Your Role:

As a Senior OTC Analyst, your daily work will be related to:

1. Perform all aspects of collections regarding EMEA Customers Portfolio, including:
2. Managing overdue payments through Collections Workflow tools
3. Contacting customers via phone, email, etc.
4. Receiving and resolving discrepancies (Qty, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)
5. Preparing and dispatching statements of customer accounts
6. Preparing required reports on time – e.g. Past Due report and Forecast
7. Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and/or working in the project team
8. Creating and updating desktop procedures
9. Escalating and following up on issues through available tools
10. Ensuring Key Metrics are met and service is delivered to end users functions
11. Communicating and cooperating with other Aptiv departments
12. Participating in organized conference calls

Your Background:

1. University degree in finance
2. At least 2 years work experience in AR area
3. Good knowledge of SAP
4. Very good English (another language will be an asset)
