ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day OTC operations: performing collection activities, bank statement posting and reconciliation, execute refunds and write-offs, execute credit management tasks, perform customer clearing, replying to internal and external queries, AR reconciliation and reporting Statutory & statistical reporting within deadlines for countries from EMEA region,
  • Ensures daily operations are carried out according to the Group finance policies and agreed SLAs/KPIs,
  • Play Key role in transition, continuous improvement, process standardization and automation,
  • Follow up on tax changes on country level,
  • Assistance with the annual audit process and internal/external controls,
  • First line contact and support for any OTC related queries from internal and external stakeholders ,
  • Preparation and maintenance of SOP (standard operational process documentation),
  • Supports a Team Leader in any additional activities such as projects coordination and ad hoc requests,
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively manage priorities.










WYMAGANIA:

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of accounting and tax regulations,
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting experience in OTC,
  • Prior experience in working in BPO/ SSC environment,
  • Very good command of English min B2, additional language will be an asset, especially German,
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field of study,
  • Ability to review, understand and interpret financial data,
  • High analytical skills, paying attention to details,
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and teamwork capabilities,
  • Very good knowledge of SAP,
  • Very good MS Office skills.
