Senior Order Management Specialist with Spanish or French

What will you be doing?
- Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs.
- Delivery and shipment creation.
- Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers, and also with warehouse, production, forwarders, customers and sales.
- Represent Clariant to customers in a professional manner at all times.
- Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents, take care of complaints, give feedback, and updates to Customer.
- Being two-way communication channel between Customer and Organization
- Correction and completion of the Sales documents.
- Support improvement and automation projects.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant field.
- Min 3 years of experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Supply Chain area.
- Knowledge of SAP SD module.
- Excel, Word and Outlook - working competency.
- Logical thinking and multitasking mindset.
- Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and open-minded approach.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Language skills:
- Internal corporate language: English B2 level required.
- Working with customers: Spanish or French B2 level required.
