What will you be doing?

• Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs.
• Create delivery and shipment.
• Communicate timely upon inquiries from internal/external customers, warehouse, production, forwarders, customers and sales.
• Represent Clariant professionally to customers.
• Assist customers in solving problems and incidents, handle complaints, give feedback and update customers.
• Act as a two‑way communication channel between Customer and Organization.
• Correct and complete sales documents.
• Support improvement and automation projects.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Chain area.
• Knowledge of SAP SD module.
• Competence in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Logical thinking and multitasking mindset.
• Pro‑active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and open‑minded approach.
• Teamwork spirit.
• English B2 level required.
• Spanish C1 level required.
