For our Client, in the healthcare sector, we are looking for candidates who speak Dutch or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish, or Finnish and who are interested in working in the order management area, with the opportunity to influence process creation and improvements.

Requirements

• fluent in English (at least B2) and Dutch or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finnish (at least C1)
• first experience in similar role such as order management area, customer care or procurement area or sales support area
• knowledge of SAP and Salesforce system will be a huge asset
• high business culture and communication skills
• analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details

Responsibilities

• support all aspects of order entry and order management such as: processing sales orders from all channels (EDI, OCR, phone, manual) and updating and monitoring order status in SAP, Salesforce and other internal systems
• creation of tickets and service of mailbox
• manage loaner returns and coordinate OP scheduling for loaner systems
• ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time, within agreed KPI targets
• taking care of the quality of the process and its optimization and automation
