For BU Catalyst Team in Lodz, we are looking for candidate with passion in logistics, order management and incurable optimism. The job itself is interesting and provides lots of challenges. The unquestionable advantage of our work is, above all, the possibility of establishing contacts with people from all over the world, such as Qatar, South Africa and China. They are not only Customers, but also Sales Representatives and our Affiliates. This position will keep you developing and definitely you will not experience routine there.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs
• Create delivery and shipment
• Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers
• Take care of complaints, solve problems, give feedback and updates to Customer to ensure completion
• Support improvement and automation projects
• Communicate daily with warehouse, production, forwarders, customers and sales
• Process all sales order and purchase order types with different payment terms
• Correct and complete sales documents

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years’ experience in Order Management/Export/Import/Logistics in multicultural environment
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and professional working competency in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
• Forward and solution oriented thinking, problem solving skills
• Reveal independency and proactive behaviors
• Time and task management
• A logical, analytical and creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Team player with a personal commitment to deliver high quality output in a dynamic work environment
• Working with customers: Portuguese or Spanish nice to have
