In this role you will act as the operational right hand to the assigned supervisor, assisting with resource planning, operational assignments and take responsibility for specific activities delegated by the supervisor, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Operationally, you will be providing the sales team representatives with reports and additional verbal information sharing throughout the reconciliation process until completed by partnering to add value and contribute to the success of healthy inventory levels.
Being the specialist in all Field Inventory related activities, you are able to assist in the training and development of junior team members, sharing best practices to foster a culture of exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to the Field Inventory Manager for the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to established processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for consignment specialists, offering guidance on business processes, work instructions, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Collaborate with the Field Inventory Manager to determine work schedules and assess any support needs for the team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the management of stock and consignment by conducting analyses, providing quarterly reconciliation results to sales representatives, following up on any identified variances, and escalating non-compliance issues to sales managers.
  • Interact with various departments within a company to address customer inquiries and resolve root causes of issues.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop collaborative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Enhance and provide regular reports on stock and consignment programs to the Finance department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Ensure that all department members are following the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures, promoting a culture of quality and accountability.

Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or inventory management or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating activities within a team.
  • Familiar with SAP ERP or similar systems, enabling efficient management of operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
