The Role
We are seeking an Operations Engineer passionate about system operations, troubleshooting, and automation.
In this role, you’ll:
Support and maintain our infrastructure
Resolve operational issues
Contribute to process improvements and automation

Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Operational Tasks: Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user access
Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidance
Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.
What You Bring
Technical Skills:
Basic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilities
Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
Awareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, DNS, troubleshooting)
Operational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Interest in operational efficiency and scalable process development
Ability to document processes and solutions clearly
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate with experienced engineers
Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions and seek help
Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute and grow
Basic Qualifications
2+ years in IT, system administration, or related field
Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
Experience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platforms
Exposure to automation tools or practices
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus
