We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operation Quality Specialist to ensure the highest standards in our operation processes and services.

About our team

Meet the highly cohesive CTO Centralized Services team. Our role is to optimize and improve the quality of services delivered by various teams. Our team focuses on enhancing efficiency and the quality of the information provided, which is used to make strategic decisions. A key role in this process is played by properly defined reports based on reliable data.

What you’ll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Monitor, assess, and improve operations processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures.
  • Analyze and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform effective data mapping to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery performance.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Management framework and best practices.

Who you are

This is the right role for you if you have a keen eye for quality, a passion for process, reports, and data quality improvement, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Your background and skills include:

  • Proven experience in IT operations and quality assurance roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding self-organization and ability to work independently.
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Project Management skills to plan, organize, and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables. Familiarity with Agile.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Certification in ITIL.
