responsibilities :

• Manage and support enterprise M365 and O365 environments, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests related to O365 and MS Office products using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Perform migrations and upgrades within the O365 suite, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the stability and performance of M365 services.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the status of operations and incidents.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in M365/O365 operations.
• Detailed knowledge of enterprise M365 and O365 environments.
• Operational experience in handling incidents, migrations, and support for O365, MS Office products, and MS Teams.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the German and English language is required.
