About the job

As the Office Administrator for Nordic’s Kraków location, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving smooth business operations, fostering collaboration, and supporting both local and global teams. Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Poland office’s daily operations, including liaising with building management, vendors, and service providers, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring a smooth and professional office environment

  • Collaborate with the global Office Management Team to align with company‑wide strategies while driving the local office agenda

  • Lead office relocations or new setups, coordinate furniture and equipment deliveries, place technical and IT equipment orders and maintain office supplies

  • Negotiate, coordinate, and track office‑related contracts, including reviewing invoices, ensuring compliance, managing amendments, and maintaining a contract database

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, manage courier shipments, support HR with onboarding, and provide general administrative assistance to support business operations

  • Organize logistics for internal meetings, social events, and employer branding activities, including catering and venue arrangements

Practical details

  • Location: Kraków, Poland
  • This position is a temporary maternity leave replacement, offered on a fixed‑term contract of approximately 14–15 months.
