,[Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js., Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the backend infrastructure., Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and regulatory experts, to deliver high-quality solutions., Implement and maintain best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to meet regulatory standards for medical software., Write clear, concise documentation to support development and regulatory submission processes., Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to ensure uptime and resolve issues promptly., Translate user needs into technical requirements, and describe/justify technical decisions to people outside the Engineering team. Requirements: Node.js, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services, Docker, SQL, NoSQL, REST API, GraphQL, ORM, HIPPA, GDPR, SaMD, Regulated Industries Experience, DevOps, CI/CD, SoC, Data Formats Tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, GIT, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
