• Develop and optimize scalable backend services in Node.js, using Fastify for speed and efficiency.
• Integrate and manage relational and non-relational databases to support our applications.
• Work with caching systems, such as Redis and Kafka, to maximize performance.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and reliability.
• Use GitHub for version control, handling merges, rebases, and maintaining a clean codebase.
• Engage in architectural discussions, contributing ideas for scaling and enhancing performance.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, focusing on Node.js and Fastify.
• Familiarity with PHP.
• Strong experience with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases.
• Proficient with GitHub, including advanced version control workflows.
• Background with high-traffic, scalable applications.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Warsaw (40% remote).
• Excellent English language skills.
