responsibilities :
Monitor daily exception reports to identify blocked orders and take corrective actions
Reactivate blocked orders by contacting the appropriate parties across different markets and resending orders when necessary
Analyze patterns in failed orders and propose optimizations to reduce future errors
Suggest automation strategies for resolving recurring order issues and improving operational efficiency
Collaborate with developers to define scope and requirements for potential automation solutions
