• Guide and support a team of operations engineers in managing Cisco Firewall, Cisco ISE, and Palo Alto environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance by providing daily operational support.
• Resolve issues related to firewalls, ISE, and Palo Alto systems, including connectivity, performance, and configuration errors.
• Regularly perform updates, patches, and backups to maintain system integrity.
• Monitor system health, lead incident resolution, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and document configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

• Strong background in network administration and security – at least 5 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Firewall (ASA, Firepower, Secure Firewall), ISE, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols (IPsec, SSL/TLS).
• Familiarity with ISE policies and integrating ISE with other security systems.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for operational tasks.
• Strong ability to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
