We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Network Security Operations Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. This role is focused on supporting and securing enterprise network environments with a particular emphasis on Cisco security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and next-gen technologies.

You will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day network operations, enforcing security standards, and optimizing network performance for a large-scale, modern IT ecosystem.

Oczekujemy

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in network operations and security

• Strong skills in Cisco firewall technologies (ASA, Firepower) and cloud-based security platforms

• Experience with advanced threat protection, proxy solutions, ZTNA, and secure web gateways

• Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (Python, PowerShell)

• Practical knowledge of network protocols, VPN setups, and secure remote access

• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD integration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Preferred Certifications

  • Cisco: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or Cisco Specialist credentials

  • Security: CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+

  • Bonus: Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or other firewall ecosystems

Zadania

• Deliver operational support for enterprise network environments, including incident resolution and performance tuning

• Configure, maintain, and monitor Cisco firewalls and security solutions (e.g., ASA, Firepower)

• Implement and support advanced network security technologies (IPS, VPNs, Zero Trust, NAC, segmentation)

• Manage secure access services and ensure integration with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Deploy and maintain SASE solutions (e.g., Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Palo Alto Prisma, Netskope, Fortinet)

• Conduct network performance analysis and fine-tuning using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios

• Provide user support for connectivity issues and conduct basic training as needed

• Develop and enforce network policies and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams on architecture and system integration

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, policies, and operational procedures
